Welcome to Blackwood & Brigid’s Apothecary & Archives

 At the edge of the old wood stands an apothecary where ordinary remedies are prepared above and far less ordinary things are kept below.

Brigid is the keeper of older knowledge: of plants, patterns, and laws of nature for which most people have not yet found adequate language. She does not claim mystery where understanding will suffice, though her understanding reaches considerably further than most.

Blackwood keeps the Ledger. He examines what arrives, records what may be established, and leaves uncertain matters properly unresolved.

The artifacts of the Archive are not displayed. They rest within the Repository until the proper circumstances bring one forward.

The Apothecary welcomes all who cross its threshold.

Whether anything beneath it has noticed your arrival is another matter.
